THREE DAYS until Gem Setter releases!

Gem Setter is a very narrative-free game. The player can choose to do anything at any point, and there aren't many setpiece moments to experience. Because of this, I decided to take a different approach towards developing the music system for the game.

Introducing the radio!

The radio will run through each song one after the other while you play, like a playlist. I thought that this style of background music would fit the general mood of the game much more cleanly than a context-based or adaptive soundtrack would.

All of the songs are still loopable - as you can see, the "loop song forever" checkbox will continue playing the selected song infinitely - but they will fade between each other after a certain amount of playtime.
